The Direct Assessment is a 45-minute structured evaluation session designed to determine your placement within The Shift Ecosystem.

This session is for individuals who believe they are ready for advanced coaching work and may not require the Reset & Rebuild foundational cohort.

During this session, we assess:

• Emotional ownership
• Accountability and pattern awareness
• Willingness for identity reconstruction
• Readiness for structured accountability

This is not free consultation.

This is a formal placement assessment.

• The Shift Collective (application-based)
